After the A-12 avenger plan as the warship stealth attacker on next generation's is canceled, Lockheed proposed F-117N that was the ship board plane type of F-117 to naval forces.
F-117N improves view by changing to the bubble canopy and the horizontal tail was added.
Moreover, the decrease of the landing speed is attempted by reducing the sweepback of the main wing and it has suited operation with the aircraft carrier.
However, because naval forces had not shown interest in this, this plan was canceled.
