FSX F-4B repaint VF31 tomcaters

This is a repaint of the F-4B by Kazunori Ito  adapted by Wayne Farrell for FSX, and is freeware only don’t package or sell this repaint but share it as much as you want.

This repaint is based on VF-31 Tomcaters CAG. Comments and suggestions are welcome,

and I will use them in corrections that need to be made.
